Job Title: Disability Support Scheduling Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our Rostering/Scheduling Coordination Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and Disability Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and facilitate support services to community-based clients
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Disability Support Workers providing front-line care services
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to client care preferences and service delivery information
- Evaluate and escalate issues related to service delivery and client care to relevant clinical and/or management bodies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to problem-solve and present effective solutions for clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a comparable scheduling position
- Experience in a scheduling environment with ability to complete allocations accurately and in a timely manner
- Understanding of current Disability-related legislation policy and standard operating processes
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted Driver's License
- DHS Working with Children & NDIS Workers Check (mandatory)
Work Environment:
This role will be based primarily at our office location. Some travel to meet with clients within the community may be required.
