Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our allied health practitioners, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality support to clients while you manage schedules and coordinate appointments.

  • Coordinate practitioner schedules to maximise efficiency and client outcomes
  • Communicate schedule details and changes to staff, families, and carers
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and hydrotherapy schedules
  • Monitor and report on session completion, leave, and compliance requirements
  • Support the leadership team with data, reporting, and administration
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination (health, disability or related sector preferred)
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Confidence using scheduling systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and commitment to upholding the NDIS Code of Conduct
