**About the Role**:
As a Support Worker here at Hola Supports you will support our participants live to their full potential and achieve their goals. You will provide person centred care our amazing participants, assisting them with daily living activities, community access and lifestyle activities.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Supporting participants who have complex and challenging behaviours.
- Encouraging participation in community activities and perform daily living tasks
- Coordinating various recreational activities such as, swimming, arts and crafts, ten pin bowling and music
- Providing quality direct support to participants in line with their support needs and support plans.
- Implement development programs and identify and support learning opportunities for participants
- Encouraging participants to make positive choices and decisions about all aspects of their life

Pay: From $64,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Aged care/ Disability care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Certificate III in Individual Individual Support/ Disability (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Elizabeth South, SA 5112
