Scheduling Coordination Opportunity

At I Can Jump Puddles, we believe in empowerment and everyday action. We support children, families, and adults with developmental delays and disabilities to achieve what matters most.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to ensure our allied health practitioners can focus on delivering high-quality support while you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate practitioner schedules for maximum efficiency and client outcomes
  • Communicate schedule details and changes to staff, families, and carers
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and hydrotherapy schedules
  • Monitor and report on session completion, leave, and compliance requirements
  • Support the leadership team with data, reporting, and administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination (health, disability sector preferred)
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Confidence using scheduling systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and commitment to upholding the NDIS Code of Conduct
