Please note: Only Male applicants (due to role requirements). Must be available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am to 9am and must be able to drive.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Your primary responsibility will involve delivering person-centered support, guidance, and assistance to clients. This role requires compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients in providing emotional support and practical assistance as needed and implementing their care plans, ensuring their goals and aspirations are supported.
- Support clients in daily activities, including personal care, household tasks, and accessing the community.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that respects the dignity and rights of each individual, complying with NDIS requirements.
- Document client progress, observations, and any incidents accurately and promptly.
- Need to be able to fill out records, reporting documents, feedback/incident forms and use our app to start and end shifts.
- Need to be effective and consistent in communication, and quick in reporting.

Pay: $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Shift work
