Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Schedule Coordinator to coordinate and schedule Support Workers, provide exceptional customer care as the primary point of contact for staff and service users.
This role plays a pivotal part in coordinating schedules, providing high-quality supports and customer-focused services to individuals with disabilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Meticulously scheduling Support Workers to meet the needs of valued customers.
- Providing exceptional customer care as the primary point of contact for staff and service users.
- Leveraging computer skills and prior knowledge with rostering tools to ensure efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in health, disability, or community services sectors preferred.
- Prior knowledge of NDIS and SCHADS Industry Award advantageous.
Working Conditions
