To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A lead internal auditor or certified Internal Quality Management System Auditor qualification.
- A nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in conducting process audits across various disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of quality management systems.
- The ability to interpret industry-relevant legislation and standards.
- A current driver's license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
