At our finance organisation, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting opportunity in our dynamic customer operations environment where you'll be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing excellent customer service and managing inbound calls and queries
  2. Operating phone calls professionally, transferring calls where needed
  3. Assisting in providing reporting to Management when required
  4. Rotating roster between the office hours of 8.00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday
  5. Resolving customer issues on first call resolution

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience managing and responding to customer complaints
  • Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to show initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate experience in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience/ Insurance is advantageous
