Drive Customer Success as a Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the delivery of customer onboarding and change projects. As a Delivery Lead, you will combine your expertise in customer management with product knowledge to build tailored solutions for our customers.

The role involves project managing key customer onboarding and change projects, bringing project management rigor to each task, and coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and optimize customer integration using existing IT solutions and products.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing pre-sales and organic growth opportunities in consultation with the Program Office, Sales teams, and existing strategic customers;
  • Delivering in-depth product demonstrations and presentations showing the benefits of our product to all levels, including line of business managers and executives;
  • Building accounts against customer requirements adhering to set protocols with excellent attention to detail;
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the customer over multiple levels of the business and striving to deliver an excellent standard of service;
  • Embedding solutions into customers' operational and financial workflows, ensuring the relevant customer teams are supported through implementation and go live.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A thorough understanding of seemingly complicated product offerings and the ability to articulate them simply to strategic customers;
  • Pre and post sales experience supporting the sales cycle for strategic customers resulting in successful delivery of goals;
  • An ability to listen and understand information and interpret stakeholder and customer needs;
  • Collaborative skills to work with internal stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer;
  • Problem-solving skills combined with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions, taking into account system constraints or limitations.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar with suitable project management accreditation;
  • Past experience in the payments/finance industry (cards, banking, services, etc.);
  • Proven sales solutions, implementation/delivery experience;
  • Proven project management skills across waterfall and agile methodologies;
  • Proven business analysis skills;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
