About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through strategic customer relationships.

You will own the relationship with small to medium-sized businesses, guiding them from onboarding through to renewal, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform.

As part of this role, you will start in our customer support team, spending time learning the product and better understanding our customers' usage patterns before commencing your day-to-day responsibilities.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Managing a portfolio of SMB accounts, driving adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Leading customer onboarding journeys, ensuring smooth implementation and quick time-to-value.
  • Conducting regular business reviews to track customer health and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and implementing retention strategies.
  • Partnering with customers to understand their business goals and mapping our solutions to their needs.
  • Creating and delivering training content to help SMB customers maximize their return on investment.
  • Collaborating with our Product team on customer feedback to influence our roadmap.
  • Using data and analytics to drive customer success metrics, such as adoption, engagement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
