About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving adoption and retention of our platform among existing customers.
As a Customer Success Professional, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell based on customer product usage.
- Work closely with customers to surface opportunities for training and knowledge base expansion.
- Lead evangelism efforts as a trusted advisor from our company to the customer.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or sales, business process improvement, or automation.
- Ability to drive adoption and retention, with interest in use cases and influence in expansion.
