We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Event Coordinator. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events, including rooming lists, menu selections, and logistics.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare contracts, correspondence, and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and data entry.
- Compile sales/activity reports and track market trends.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in event planning or a similar role.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and event management software.
