Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including rooming lists, menu selections, and event logistics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and successful event outcomes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely contracts, correspondence, and reports.
  • Work closely with departments to ensure accurate handovers, menu planning, and event details are clearly communicated.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and work in a fast-paced environment.
