Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, including rooming lists, menu selections, and event logistics.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate events from initial contact to departure, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare accurate contracts, correspondence, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Kitchen to ensure smooth communication and handovers.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and data entry efficiently.
  • Compile weekly and monthly sales/activity reports to inform strategic decision-making and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Show attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
