We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to join our team as a Client Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, driving retention, upsells, and long-term success through strategic thinking and empathy.

About the Role

You will manage B2B travel tech clients, ensuring their satisfaction and growth by proactively identifying opportunities and building trust-based relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and drive improvements in our products and services.

  • Manage existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to understand client needs and develop solutions.
Your Responsibilities Include:
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer success or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from planning to execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
