Job Title: Reception and Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Front Office Manager is a vital role in the daily operations of our hotel's front office and reservations departments. This position oversees the coordination with the General Manager, monitors security, and maximises profitability.

Our goal is to create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, exceeding expectations, and creating a positive service culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure effective communication among departments, drive the front office team towards achieving targets, and develop products that differentiate us in the market.
  • Manage staff attendance, use company time efficiently, and implement cost-effective rosters for the front office and reservations departments.
  • Coordinate with key personnel to maximise average room rate and occupancy, and establish accounting and financial controls.
  • Anticipate problems, resolve guest requests and issues in a timely manner, and conduct probationary periods, annual performance appraisals, and exit strategies for non-performing team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
