This is a Monday-Friday role, ideal for someone with experience as a dental receptionist/practice manager looking to take on a new and fulfilling challenge.

Career opportunity for an experienced dental receptionist/practice manager with DA experience to join a growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will have previous dental reception experience, a bubbly outgoing personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer service, great communication skills, confidence, maturity, and the ability to learn quickly.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all reception work, including greeting patients, managing the appointment book and payments. They will also assist the Principal Dentist with general and cosmetic procedures, sterilising equipment and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, they will liaise with reps, order supplies, patient treatment planning, staff training and reporting to the Principal.

About You:

  • Previous dental reception experience required
  • Bubbly outgoing personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Great communication skills, confident, mature-minded and a quick learner
  • Organised, reliable and professional attitude
  • Team player with willingness to take initiative, learn and grow with the practice
  • Demonstrate proof of prior accomplishments in performing similar managing roles
  • Previous Dental Assisting experience
  • Own vehicle and driver's licence
  • Social media marketing skills advantageous

Requirements:

  • DA experience
  • 3 years' experience in dental preferred
  • Work authorisation in Australia preferred
