As a Meaningful Conversations Expert, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the discipline of conversational design within our organization. You will be instrumental in transforming and enhancing the experiences our customers engage with through the effective use of conversational and generative AI technology.
**Your key responsibilities include:**
- Crafting exemplary conversational flows, scripts, and experiences for our customers and frontline teams.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable conversational designs and implementable solutions.
- Collecting, analyzing, and integrating feedback from users and customers to continually refine and improve conversational experiences.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has demonstrated expertise in identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences using conversational AI, with a strong foundation in GenAI/Prompt Engineering.
- Is eager to learn and transform the customer experience on our digital assets.
- Possesses thought leadership in conversational AI and customer service.
- Embraces a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrates excellent customer and analytical focus.
- Has experience managing stakeholders effectively.
- Can work autonomously in a collaborative team environment.
- Has experience with content creation, risk management, and compliance.
- Has experience optimizing various language models.
- Has hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (including PowerFX).
