Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Experience Transformation Specialist to join our team. As an Experience Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into requirements that can be implemented by the project team. This involves negotiating with stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the project team to understand how requirements will be represented in the design of the solution
  • Ensure test coverage meets requirements expectations and participate in testing as required
  • Undertake gap analysis of current state processes and documentation to identify gaps between the current and future state
  • Update and develop frameworks, processes, and other documentation to support operational handover of change
  • Assist with change activities as required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Journey Expert on delivery projects
  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements at the right level to facilitate solution design
  • Negotiation skills to ensure the best outcome for the project and the business
  • Experience in one or more areas of the collections/hardship bus
  • Project delivery or embedding change into the business experience highly regarded
  • Able to work in an agile environment and have a working knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration and delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer & banker experiences
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
