At Gough Recruitment AU, we're looking for a skilled Real Estate professional to join our team as a Sales & Campaign Administrator.

The Role:

  • Sales administration support to high-performing teams
  • Managing properties from prospecting to settlement
  • Setting up, managing, and finalizing agent commissions
  • Ensuring accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
  • Contacting and consulting with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run
  • Liaising with vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for photo shoots and inspections
  • Preparing pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a generous salary of up to $80,000 based on experience, plus benefits such as work-from-home flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
  • 6+ months' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Sound knowledge of Agentbox and Excel
  • Great presentational skills
  • A keen interest in Real Estate and progression
  • Be a motivated self-starter
