Newcastle Real Estate Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Agent to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing sales campaigns, and negotiating property prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing strategies, including networking, cold-calling, and social media.
- Manage end-to-end sales campaigns, from lead generation to settlement, with the support of a Sales Associate.
- Conduct open and private inspections, providing informed product and locality knowledge to prospective buyers.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, conveyancers, and other industry professionals to facilitate transactions efficiently.
- Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions to achieve excellent results.
- Utilize CRM software to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing reminders, follow-ups, reporting, and direct marketing tools.
About You
- You hold a current Real Estate License and a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated track record in Real Estate sales, with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with a customer-focused attitude.
What We Offer
- An attractive salary package and commission structure, estimated at around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
