Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Agents to coordinate report collections, submissions, and documentation.
  • Assist in producing high-quality marketing materials.
  • Update the company database, including listing information, and upload to the website as required or requested by operators to ensure accurate client and property information.
  • Manage online listings on Colliers' website and third-party websites.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings when necessary.
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills, with preference for experience in In-Design and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to implement improvements, and think outside the box.
  • Previous administration and marketing experience within the commercial property industry is highly advantageous.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on location and qualifications.
