We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team and support the growth and success of our community.
About Us
We are a social enterprise that aims to lift economic access barriers faced by Women of Colour. We engage them in paid professional work across design, marketing, and digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop diverse community groups for client and impact projects using data insights.
- Manage community portfolios, share best practices, and implement retention strategies.
- Analyse community growth metrics to ensure engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Solicit and contextualise feedback from the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A commercial mindset gained through 2+ years of work experience in an early stage startup or agency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and engage with partners, attend events.
- Team player with strong people skills and ability to operate independently.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
