Senior Residential Life Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Life Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to amplify your impact at a world top 50 University by planning and overseeing the implementation of activities to achieve community building goals in a residential setting.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and organized professional to work with us in creating a positive and inclusive living environment for students. You will be responsible for coordinating a range of activities and events that promote community building and social responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of programs and activities to enhance community engagement and social responsibility.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and events, gathering feedback to inform future initiatives.
  • Record keeping and reporting on events and activities.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor expenditure and manage budgets.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in community building and management or education with extensive relevant experience.
  • Strong community building and educational background or relevant skills and work experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
