Community Building Manager

The Community Building Manager is accountable for designing and delivering a community engagement strategy to nurture, retain and grow a thriving community of certified businesses. This role serves to equip and motivate members to support strategic goals.

This position involves leading a small team and working closely with colleagues to deliver experiences that enable members to understand and derive value from their certification.

  • Lead and monitor relationship management across various customer segments.
  • Design and implement the community engagement strategy, supporting certified businesses to adopt new standards.
  • Develop a community health monitoring system, coordinating research and customer feedback.
  • Identify and manage risks and act as the key contact point for senior leadership or major concerns.
