The Residential Life Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic and operational objectives of Monash Residential Services. This position is based 100% on-site and involves undertaking relevant projects, events, campaigns, leadership development programs, and online initiatives to build a strong residential community.
Key Responsibilities:- Emergency Response Management: Escalating safety incidents and ensuring prompt action is taken to mitigate risks.
- Project Development: Assisting with project scoping, identifying deliverables, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Documentation and Reporting: Developing and collating documents, as well as reporting on project outcomes and successes.
- Community Engagement: Fostering a sense of community through events, campaigns, and online initiatives that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
This role requires a degree in a relevant field, accompanied by substantial experience in building community engagement, event planning, or working in a tertiary residential support environment. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training may be considered.
