As a Community Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for all Reddit initiatives. Develop and own an organic Reddit strategy that genuinely adds value to communities, sharing insights on cross-border finance, payments, and global scaling.
- Engage authentically in relevant threads where the brand naturally fits the conversation, answering questions and sharing knowledge without sounding promotional.
- Build relationships with key Redditors in relevant subreddits to ensure the brand is viewed as a trusted participant.
- Track and report performance across engagement, sentiment, brand visibility, and lead generation to refine the strategy and prove impact.
- A Reddit native who has a deep understanding of subreddit culture and how to engage without being too salesy.
- 5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related role, with a proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.
- A natural storyteller who can write in Reddit's voice while balancing professionalism with a track record in authentic community management.
- Proficient with research, discovery, and social-listening tools to identify relevant threads and conversations.
- Independent and entrepreneurial—able to run point on a new channel while still providing feedback to the marketing team to optimise.
- A problem-solver, adept at facing challenges and creating solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
