  • Be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all regulatory and compliance matters;
  • Lead the team through a GRC implementation and promote a culture of risk awareness across the organisation;
  • Partner with executive leadership and liaise with the board;
  • Provide advice and leadership to the team on risk and compliance to develop an effective compliance culture;
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
