About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned risk and compliance professional to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Business Partner.

As a key member of our Investment Operations department, you will provide expert advice and oversight on all risk and compliance matters.

Your responsibilities will include assessing and overseeing risk and compliance activities, managing and resolving issues and incidents, monitoring actions, and reporting on risk and compliance performance.

You will collaborate with the Legal, Risk and Compliance department and other stakeholders to implement and improve risk and compliance frameworks, policies, and standards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's risk management and compliance strategy.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in the banking or financial services industries
  • Proven track record of providing proactive and solution-oriented support to stakeholders
