AS AN INSURANCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE...
Supporting the Senior Insurance Specialist and the broader ANZ Insurance team, you will manage all administrative aspects of the SG Fleet Insurance portfolio. This role involves effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to foster the growth of the insurance portfolio.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE...

• Providing administrative assistance to the insurance department, ensuring effective use of relevant IT systems, project-related tasks, system testing, record management, claims processing, settlements, and support for both customers and internal teams.

• Liaising on total loss cases and assisting with ad-hoc claim reporting.

• Supporting underwriting activities, including loss performance analysis for new proposals and renewal invitations, documentation, reporting, and administration of the SG Fleet insurance program.

• Monitoring the performance of SG Fleet's Motor Vehicle Insurance Suppliers to ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators. Conducting regular reviews and audits of claims handling accuracy and efficiency.

• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on Fleet & Premium, including reforecasting and reporting for SG Fleet Insurance.

• Serving as the subject matter expert on the insurance offerings and cultivating strong professional relationships with SG Fleet clients, third-party insurance providers, and internal stakeholders.

• Adhering to compliance and risk management guidelines while fostering a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and client experience.
