Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our Life Insurance Sales division. As a key member of our team, you will provide sales, reporting, and administrative support to our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to written and phone enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage diaries, emails, and event arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Liaise with a range of advisers, providing exceptional office-based enquiry and support services.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, working closely with the Business Development team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong administration experience, ideally within Financial Services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in event management, highly regarded.
- A high level of initiative and the ability to work in an agile environment.
