Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Researcher to spearhead research projects that drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of research initiatives.
  • Influence product development through actionable research insights.
Requirements
  • A master's degree or equivalent experience in fields like Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or Social Science.
  • 10+ years of relevant expertise in consumer-facing industries.
  • Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze, and communicate research findings.
  • Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods.
  • Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies.
  • Ability to articulate user challenges and business opportunities to diverse stakeholders using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong critical thinking, storytelling, and communication skills; fluency in English.
  • A collaborative mindset in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
