User Experience Research Director

Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth, high-impact research studies to inform business decisions and drive product development.
- Develop research strategies that meet business objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and contribute to the development of knowledge sharing programs and strategic objectives for their teams.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology.
- Over 10 years of experience in consumer-facing business domains, with expertise in Quantitative research methods.
- Proven skills in Qualitative and user-centered design methods, including interviews, surveys and usability testing.
