Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across multiple product lines, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers in the Victorian region.

This role is central to achieving sales growth, gross profit, and strategic objectives for the Curtain Hardware Australia division. You will serve as a key commercial driver, helping expand market presence and shape customer solutions through consultative engagement and sales excellence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a B2B business development or field sales role. They will possess strong negotiation and influencing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to independently manage time, travel, and territory with a results-driven mindset.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, comfortable presenting to small and large groups, including executive-level stakeholders. They will have demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in complex sales environments.
