Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are a leading provider of cutting-edge training solutions dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations.

This role plays a critical part in driving our growth strategy and expanding market presence. You will identify new business opportunities, forge partnerships, and enhance client relationships within the IT training sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities in the IT training market.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and government agencies to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our training programs and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate and close contracts ensuring favourable terms and conditions for our institution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and services.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance our online presence and visibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients addressing their inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customized training solutions based on client needs and feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and goals for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT or Corporate training industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
