Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interpret engineering drawings and sketches to produce steel products that meet specifications.
  2. Fabricate steel products using GMAW, MMAW, and GTAW welding techniques.
  3. Ensure all quality assurance documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain equipment to a high standard, identifying and rectifying any issues promptly.
  5. Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth work activities.
  6. Coach and train less experienced professionals in best practices and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to industry standards.
  2. Trade-qualified Boilermaker or First Class Welder with experience in interpreting engineering drawings and welding symbols.
  3. Proficiency in GMAW, MMAW, and GTAW welding techniques, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  4. Experience in fabricating and welding steel products in similar industries, with a strong background in quality assurance and control.
