About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our tendering and projects team.

You will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, ensuring timely delivery of accurate tenders and quotes, while preparing your own cost estimates for steel fabrication and installation projects.

Reporting to the project manager, you will work in a collaborative environment alongside estimators, project managers, site supervisors, and administrative support.

  • You will lead the preparation and delivery of conforming tenders and quotes.
  • You will manage tender registers, meetings, document control, and compliance with standards and costing.
  • You will analyse drawings, specifications, and bid documentation.
  • You will prepare schedules of quantities from technical drawings using Excel and Bluebeam.
  • You will estimate costs for subcontractors, suppliers, and indirect project expenses.
  • You will support the smooth handover of successful tenders to the project delivery team.
