Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our front-of-house team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service, managing staff effectively, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery:
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding guest experiences through effective service management.
  • Staff Management:
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.
  • Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house area, including restaurant, bar, and functions.
  • Sales and Revenue:
  • Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in hospitality management
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving business growth
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced essential
  • First aid certificate preferred but not essential
