Job Overview

The Principal HR Partner will lead the Human Resources (HR) Partnering team, engaging with senior leaders and teams to provide strategic guidance on HR matters.

They will drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience, and lead organizational change and improvement efforts to achieve business objectives.

  • Leadership: Provide counsel to senior leaders and teams on HR strategy.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  • Transformation: Drive change management initiatives to support business outcomes.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A combination of education and/or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in Commerce/Business (HR Management).
  • Extensive knowledge of current human resources principles and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with leaders and staff.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to interpret critical people metrics.
  • Ability to lead and manage staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
