The RoleThis strategic role involves building deep relationships with enterprise prospects to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for identifying complex customer needs, understanding the competitive landscape, and leveraging our product to deliver tailored solutions that align with large-scale business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gain a deep understanding of prospective customers' pain points and challenges across multiple departments and regions.
- Expertly run product demos for C-level executives, VPs, and senior People Leaders from large-scale enterprises.
- Stay up-to-date with industry/HR and Talent Management trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
- Represent Culture Amp as a consultative expert during virtual and on-site interactions with enterprise prospects.
- Manage complex negotiations with legal, security, procurement, and compliance teams.
We provide a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
