Your Impact
We're seeking a driven HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture division in a Max Term role for 2 years. As a key member of our team, you'll provide HR support and guidance to employees and senior management, ensuring the business is optimally supported in achieving its objectives.
This role is based in Altona North, with requirements to travel to our Port Melbourne office. We offer flexible work arrangements and a collaborative work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
Your Attributes
- Degree qualification in HR or Business, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering roles in a corporate environment
- Ability to provide services and solutions to the business
- Great interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel skills and Workday experience (highly desirable)
