Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Partnerships: Lead the centre with a focus on compliance with legislation, while fostering professional relationships with children, families, and sector partners.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, including staff rosters, supervision, and resource management, to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children and staff.
- Community Engagement: Advocate for community participation, with a particular focus on supporting priority groups and vulnerable families.
- Financial Management: Manage the centre's finances effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high service standards.
- Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging reflective practice and supporting staff development.
- A qualified Early Childhood Education professional with experience as a Centre Director.
- A current Working with Vulnerable People Card and National Police Check.
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and NQ Standards.
- Sponsorship may be available for this role.
We offer a competitive salary up to $100k + superannuation, discounted childcare fees and priority placement, generous leave entitlements, paid meal breaks, and paid study leave.
