About the Role

This fixed-term position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn while you learn and work towards a career in childcare.

  • You will be working under the guidance of our experienced Lead Educators and Educational Leaders to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
  • As a Trainee Educator, you will have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you reach your full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and education to children in our centre
  • To work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment
  • To participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it
  • Access to transport to and from the centre
  • The willingness to commence in a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy
