Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Papilio Ryde centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets. You will also play a critical role in creating long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families and increasing occupancy of the service.

About the Role

  • Lead Centre Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
  • Community Engagement: Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families and increasing occupancy of the service.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support centre staff to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
