Leading Centre Director for a Thriving Childcare Team

Job Summary
">Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our brand new centre in Picton, Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent leadership and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.
About the Role
">The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children, as well as experience in hiring, training, and supervising staff members. They will also be skilled in creating and implementing curriculum and educational programs, and maintaining communication with parents and families.
Skills and Experience
">We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and management skills, who is able to communicate clearly and efficiently with staff, parents, and children. A strong understanding of licensing requirements and health and safety regulations is essential, as well as knowledge of financial management principles and the ability to create and manage budgets.

Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must hold a bachelor's degree or Diploma in early childhood education (or ACECQA equivalent), and have experience in a Director or Nominated Supervisor role. You will also need current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications, and a Current Employment Working with Children Check. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as two professional references.
Salary Information
">The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience.
