Business Development Manager

The Role
- Collaborate with our business centres, partner sales managers, and solutions consultants to achieve comprehensive sales results and expand market reach.
- Create opportunities from prospect lists using a mix of digital engagement, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries and support for major customers.
- Meet business targets such as new gross adds in mobiles, mobile broadband, and fixed voice/data.
- Provide customers with a unique experience and engage with senior executives from various organisations.
- Lead and shape the sales strategy for partners, working with them to achieve the best results and targeting the most valuable customers across the country.
- Develop and execute a sales plan that will enable a constantly renewed and updated opportunity pipeline.
- Coach sales teams to identify, pursue, and close high-value deals through a strong understanding of the territory and best practice approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive senior business development experience.
- Commercially astute with a sound understanding of business drivers.
- Experience in operating in both relationship and transactional sales and marketing environments.
- Proven sales track record in achieving growth through acquisition strategies and sales teams.
- Extensive relationship/strategic sales experience within the telecommunications and/or IT sectors.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to internal and external senior executives.
- Strong and effective negotiation skills.
- Solid product and industry knowledge.
