Job Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain effective schedules for Home Care Workers in the Central West region.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources by managing client and staff schedules.
  • Participate as a member of the centralised support team and provide system and staff administration.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
