Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery or equivalent supervisor experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, including food ordering and stock control.
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Familiarity with Food Safety Supervisor principles and willingness to obtain certification if necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and train other staff in the use of TAFE business systems and account/requisitioning systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively engaging and collaborating with a dispersed team.
