At Catholic Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Wellness Program Coordinator to join our team at Macquarie Care Centre.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement engaging wellness programs that cater to residents' diverse interests and needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to gain a deeper understanding of each resident's preferences and requirements.
  • Design and deliver innovative events and activities that foster social interaction and community engagement among residents and their families.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment by providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of seniors.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong coaching and training skills, with a focus on empowering team members to provide exceptional care.
  • The ability to respect and appreciate the values, customs, and spiritual beliefs of residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance program delivery and documentation.
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
