Education and Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Educator to drive the design and implementation of clinical education programs and innovative practice initiatives that support high-quality, evidence-based care.

The successful candidate will champion continuous learning, enhance clinical excellence, and foster system-wide improvement while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practice models.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, critical thinking, and well-developed written and verbal communication skills to enable collaborative working relationships.

  • Hold current Registration with a relevant health practitioner regulation agency.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) or Diploma of Training Design and Development or Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years post graduate clinical experience within aged care and a minimum of 3 years' experience as a trainer/educator.
  • Ability to prepare, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs across multiple locations.
  • Ability to research literature and source relevant legislation, standards, best practice, and guidelines.
  • Solid experience using Microsoft suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Demonstrate advanced practice expertise with the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Have highly developed written and oral communication skills and be able to relay information articulately to various stakeholders.
  • Experience with Learning management systems.
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle and willingness to travel across sites as per operational requirements.
